1. Service Scope and Duration

Only support the acceleration of overseas and domestic networks that can be accessed within China (specifically in mainland China). Please do not use it for illegal purposes.
1.2 When using Joy Play NetWorker, users should abide by relevant national laws, regulations, rules and other relevant provisions.
1.3 The content and period stated in the product description of Joy Play NetWorker shall prevail. When activating paid membership services, users should carefully check the account name, service type and duration and other specific information.
2. Online Services
2.1 Based on the nature and characteristics of virtual products, the virtual products you obtain cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used in commercial fields, such as trading, replacement, mortgage, etc. All virtual products and their derivative services obtained through unofficial channels are not protected, andJoy Play NetWorkerhas the right to unilaterally withdraw and terminate the corresponding services.
2.2 Once the user finds any objection or suggestion on the quality or service, he can consult by email (joyplayvip@gmail.com).
2.3 The specific service content and performance methods included in the online service are subject to those stated on the page when you purchase.
2.4 Unless otherwise specified, the validity period of the online service is calculated in natural days, starting from the day when your payment is successful, including weekends and any legal holidays.
2.5 Online services are virtual goods. Once purchased, refund or extension is not supported due to force majeure, but you can choose to cancel the automatic renewal.
3. Automatic renewal service
3.1 Apple stipulates that the purchase of virtual goods on iOS must be paid through the Apple system, and the amount of goods cannot be customized.
3.2 Unless we specify otherwise, when you purchase an online service, the automatic renewal service will be automatically activated. On the day you click to buy, the payment will be made through your Apple Store account according to the price indicated by the online service. On the day when the payment is successful, we will provide you with the corresponding online service.
3.3 You will authorize this app to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from your Apple Store account balance when the validity period of your current online service is about to end. Online services will be automatically extended by one billing cycle.
3.4 You are obligated to ensure regular attention and to ensure that your Apple Store account has a sufficient balance to cover the charges for the online service in the next billing cycle. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the Apple Store account, we have the right to stop providing online services to you when the validity period expires, and you will be responsible for the corresponding adverse consequences.
3.5 If there is any error during the automatic renewal process, you should cooperate closely with us to find out the reasons and bear the losses caused by your own fault; if the losses are caused by the unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault ; If both parties are jointly responsible, the two parties shall share the responsibility equally.
3.6 If the price of the online service changes before the automatic renewal, unless there is a special agreement when you purchase the online service, the current effective price shall prevail for automatic deduction.
3.7 During the validity period of the online service, if the service cannot be provided normally for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our system upgrades, technical failures, etc., the validity period will be extended accordingly. You should promptly report to our customer service, and the customer service will register uniformly. and extend the validity period accordingly.
3.8 Joy Play NetWorker does not charge any fees for the activation of this service, but has the right to decide whether to charge for this service or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and announce it in the app in advance.
3.9 This service is valid for a long time and will take effect after you choose to accept or use this service until you terminate the service (including your voluntary termination and termination due to your violation of relevant agreements, rules, etc.).
3.10 Before you choose to terminate the service, the order that Joy Play NetWorker automatically renews and deducts the payment is still valid. Joy Play NetWorker will not refund the fees deducted based on this order, and you shall be responsible for it.
3.11 [Apple App Store] If you need to terminate the service, please unsubscribe the service no later than 24:00 before the expiration of the billing cycle (the next billing will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the expiration of the billing cycle). The way to unsubscribe is: enter "App Store", click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the account settings page, click "Subscribe", and select the corresponding subscription item to cancel. When you choose to terminate this service, we will stop automatic deduction and stop providing you with corresponding online services after the validity period of the billing period ends.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Membership is an online commodity and a virtual commodity, which is charged first and then serviced. The membership fee is the price of the online commodity corresponding to the membership service you purchased, not the nature of prepayment or deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. Therefore, please understand and agree that once the member has successfully purchased the product, it is deemed that you have used the product, and the membership service will not be refunded or exchanged unless there are special circumstances.
4.2 Refund rules for product problems: After Apple's account is settled to the company's account, all the money will be refunded according to the amount paid by the user.

5. Disclaimer
The company does not assume any responsibility for the results caused by the following reasons:
5.1 Losses caused by the user's own reasons.
5.2 In view of the particularity of computers and the Internet, events caused by hacking viruses, basic operator technology or policy adjustments, or the company's short-term interruption of services for server configuration and maintenance, or user servers due to blockages on the Internet The decrease in access speed is not a breach of contract by the company, and the company is not responsible for the loss of the user.
6. Suspension and cancellation of the agreement
6.1 The user hereby expressly agrees that the following behaviors are all behaviors that seriously damage the rights and interests of the company. If the user implements one or more of the following behaviors, the company has the right to terminate the payment without notifying the user. Membership services, and have the right to restrict, freeze or delete the corresponding Joy Play NetWorker account or clear its rights. In this regard, the company does not need to give any compensation or refund, and all the responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the user. 6.1.3 use any content obtained through paid membership services for purposes other than personal study, research or appreciation;
6.1.4 Stealing other people's Joy Play NetWorker account for paid membership registration or use;
6.1.5 Obtain paid membership services through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen refresh software or other methods not recognized by the company;
6.1.6 Obtain paid membership services through improper means or behaviors that violate the principle of good faith.
6.1.7 It is a violation of relevant laws, regulations and rules to use the Joy Play NetWorker service to operate illegally without authorization.
7. Supplementary Provisions
7.1 The company reserves the right to adjust the service functions, operation methods, business numbers, etc. of the business due to technological progress or changes in national policies, etc., but the adjustment should inform users in advance and provide corresponding solutions.
7.2 The company can make business announcements and business notifications by telephone, radio, text message, television, public posting, letter, newspaper or the Internet. All notices to users may be delivered via announcements on important pages or by e-mail or regular mail. Modifications to terms, business changes, or other important event announcements will be made in this form.
7.3 The resources applied for by the user information can only be used by themselves and cannot be transferred or leased. The user will bear direct and joint responsibility for the adverse consequences caused by the transfer or lease.
7.4 The company is responsible for the copyright of the products and services provided, and the copyright of the products or services installed by the user on the purchased product is the responsibility of the user. The company does not assume any responsibility for copyright disputes and lawsuits caused by the use of pirated software by users.
7.5 The company reserves the right of final interpretation of the product information.
8. Dispute Resolution
